The Leadership Evolution is an extraordinary 9-month container for growth, with:
- A well-evolved curriculum, developed through more than a decade of coaching leaders
- Specific homework assignments through which you lead yourself forward
- A group culture that we create together of high challenge and high support
Selection: Through a simple application and interview process, group members are selected who are ready to fully commit to their own development and to supportive participation in a group process, so you’ll be assured of a quality team.
Venue: We meet as a group by phone and by email so you don’t have to travel. Typically, there are three group calls per month, an hour in length, as well as one guest expert call, that will delve more deeply into one particular content area.
Weekly Group Call Format: Each call includes a quick check-in and a content area for insight and skill building. Most calls also include some coaching time for one or more group members on the topic at hand. Calls are recorded for you to be able to access in case you are unable to make one or more calls.
Mastermind Partners: Four weeks into the program, we will add mastermind support. These are pairings or small groups of participants who work more intensively together to optimize both the challenge and support you’ll receive. Participants find great value here; it is not uncommon for these support networks to be maintained for months or years after programs complete.
One-on-One Coaching Support: Your participation in the Leadership Evolution includes access to two hours of one-on-one coaching with Kim Marshall. These hours can be used anytime during the program, and divided into segments as short as thirty minutes.
Homework: What you do between calls will make the most difference in your Evolution as a leader. I’ll provide specific assignments. You’ll choose how to engage to create the most value for you.
When is the next Evolution starting?
The next scheduled launch is October 1, 2009.
2009 Evolutions are $1600, a fraction of the cost of nine months of one-on-one coaching.
You can choose a monthly auto-pay of $178, or pay in full 30 days prior to the start of the program for a $200 discount.
You are also eligible for an additional $100 discount for each friend or colleague that you refer into the program.
